Thus, KRISALIDAS will exercise the legal or disciplinary measures it deems appropriate, in accordance with current legislation, to prevent non-compliance with the law, this code, or the organization's internal policies and procedures, and will ensure that inappropriate behaviors do not occur by implementing any necessary corrective measures.
